Dirkey is a small folder bookmarking utility for Windows. You can define a bookmark for the current active folder in an Explorer or File Open/Save window using a shortcut key on your keyboard and then go back to that folder in the same or another window by using the defined shortcut key, rather than navigating there. Easy to use, great time saver!

If you change your monitor resolution under Windows XP, it gets changed for every user on the computer, forcing you to reset your favorite resolution each time, or agree on a common solution. UniqueDisplay takes care of these shortcomings, allowing each user to have their own desktop resolution. The program supports multi-monitor configurations and fast user switching. There is no interface, the program installs to run automatically at startup. When you login, it will automatically reset the resolution to your previous configuration, there is a small delay and your desktop items are still re-arranged, but at least you don't have to change the settings manually.

Når du bruger Windows XP, ved du sikkert godt at flere brugere kan benytte hver sit skrivebord. Men det er ikke muligt at benytte hver sin skærm-opløsning. Ændre én bruger sin opløsning vil alle andre brugere også få tildelt denne opløsning. Med "UniqueDisplay" er dette problem løst. Programmet er ganske u-synligt og når du har dobbeltklikket filen, er programmet installeret. Herefter kan hver bruger benytte sin ønskede opsætning uden at "genere" andre brugere. Bemærk dog at ikonerne stadig skal "sættes på plads" når du kommer ind på dit skrivebord. Alt andet lige, er det dog stadig langt langt lettere, at være fri for også at skulle skifte opløsning og du kan evt. benytte "Aranger automatisk".

I guess this was designed for just about everyone. Just like all good programs, this integrates seamlessly with Explorer, so you shouldn't have any trouble getting things sent to where they need to be. You can even add an oft-used destination to the menu. And of course, you can remove things as well. "Allows the copying, moving, or creating shortcuts to any files to a single destination directory through the use of the Windows Send To menu; allows the sending of files on your local computer to any application; select your destination directory with customizable icon views (large, small, details, list, etc.); automatically create new directories if the path entered in the Path bar does not exist; turn on and off various prompts including those confirming directory creation and (un)successful file manipulation." It's seriously a solid replacement. The UI is in need of a minor overhaul, but there's no reason for you to not use it right now.

Tilføjer endnu en mulighed i din menu som fremkommer når du højreklikker en fil eller en mappe. Nu kan du nemlig flytte/kopiere filen/mappen til en hvilken som helst mappe på din HD. Et virkeligt brugbart og brugervenligt program.

Ser i forbindelse med mit daglige arbejde masser af computere som af den ene eller anden grund har svært ved at skubbe skuffen ud på DVD-drevet. Der er også mange mennesker som laver genveje til deres DVD-drev på skrivebordet og herefter højreklikker dette ikon og klikker "Skub ud". Men her er der en meget smartere metode, hvis du ikke gider at skulle "ned og trykke på knappen". Hotkey CD Eject viser et lille ikon nede i proces-linien ved siden af dit ur. Ved bare ét klik på dette ikon, kommer drev-skuffen aut. ud og du kan endda indstille programmet til at lukke skuffen igen efter et vis antal sekunder.

Når 4t Tray Minimizer er aktiveret kan du højre-klikke ethvert programs minimeringsknap, hvorefter programmet minimeres som et lille ikon nede ved uret i stedet for (som vanlig), nede i proces-linien. På den måde fylder det pludselig ikke op nede i proces-linien.Alle programmer kan minimeres på denne måde, incl. f.eks. Explorer & Outlook etc. - Virkelig et overfedt program.
